The Visual Communication program is geared to preparing you for professional success. Embracing both traditional and interactive media, students can learn everything from the principles of advertising and the theory of color to lettering and typography, printing and painting. Graduates can enter careers in advertising, marketing, entertainment, producing or directing.

Coursework - Fashion Design

Students can gain an essential fashion design knowledge in color theory, figure drawing, sewing, and fabric. Students can also develop their skills in computer-aided design and custom pattern design. Close links with the fashion industry allow AIU to offer excellent internships with fashion houses, retailers and textile producers.
