Management of Restaurants
Do you love food service? However, do you have more of an interest in the business side of things than in cooking? Are you ready for the challenge of heading a food service operation at an American restaurant, school, corporation, or hospital?
In less than three years, you can have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Food Service Management. Better yet, besides your degree, you will have acquired all the skills you need to get a job in the food service industry.
Classes can be taken in the daytime or at night.
A portion of the courses are taught at the Culinary Institute of Virginia, the School of Culinary Arts at ECPI College of Technology, in Norfolk, VA. Additional classes are held at ECPI College of Technology, near Virginia Beach, VA.
