Hesser College, established in Manchester, New Hampshire in 1900 as Hesser Business College, continues to adhere to the mission of providing assistance and individual encouragement to all of its students, which was the guiding principle of its founder, Joel H. Hesser.
Hesser began to expand its educational services beyond the city of Manchester in 1975. That year, they opened their first extension campus in Nashua, New Hampshire. Campuses were opened in Salem, Concord and Portsmouth, in the years that followed.
