Graphic Communications:/p>
Graphic Communications is an exciting field that allows artistic expression to be combined with technical knowledge for a rewarding career. With the Graphic Communications program, students will be provided with the essential skill and training needed for an entry-level position in graphic design, publications, and the developing areas of 3D animation, web design and multimedia. The student will emerge from this program with practical, hands-on knowledge of graphic design, desktop publishing, web design, and multimedia authoring. Graduates of the program are qualified for positions such as graphic designer, computer graphic artist, web designer/developer, illustrator, production artist, interface designer, and desktop publisher. After completing the associate-level degree program the graduates gain knowledge and opportunities in middle level positions.
