Santa Rosa Junior College
The objective of Santa Rose Junior College's Interior Design program is to offer students the opportunity to hone their artistic skills and establish a solid foundation. From there, they can seek entry-level interior design positions or put these skills to use on a personal level. The curriculum focuses on the fundamentals of design and the selection of products such as floor coverings, lighting, furniture, and textiles. Through hands-on assignments, students have the possibility to combine their design skills with artistic vision. Specific courses include History of Furniture, Building and Barrier Free Concepts, Kitchen and Bath Designs, and Professional Practices for Interior Design.
