Wentworth Institute of Technology
Wentworth Institute of Technology has three programs of study that lead to bachelor degrees in Interior Design, Industrial Design, and Facility Planning and Management. The Bachelor of Science interior design program is FIDER-accredited and pushed students to thinking creatively and critically to solve problems in commercial, hospitality, health care, retail and residential environments. Students begin their coursework with a foundation year of design and drawing courses. This prepares them for the demanding studio classes starting in the sophomore year. Students have two co-op work semesters in the junior year, further ensuring that they will build practical skills that will help them resolve functional and aesthetic concerns.
