The Brown College philosophy is to provide quality programs to their students who are seeking a solid foundation in knowledge and skills required to obtain employment in their chosen fields and are implemented by our competent and dedicated faculty. By providing hands-on training that is relevant to employers' needs, the programs focus on areas that provide long-term employment opportunities.

Both campuses have easy access to public transportation, as they are located conveniently close to major highways. Parking will be made available for students.
The campus at Mendota Heights is located on 18 acres. Over 122,000 square feet of state of the art classrooms, labs, studios, and office space are available at the campus buildings. Student services, which are centralized, comprise space for lounge, cafeteria and Learning Resource Center. Access to computers, study space, laptop tables and printers are provided by the Library/Learning Resource Center. Networking equipment, computer labs and software can be accessed by the students in Brown College's technology programs.
Students have the flexibility of producing projects from home and school due to the college laptop center. In Brown College's broadcasting programs, students will receive hands-on training on equipment and software that meets industry standards. Radio broadcasting students in Scott Studio use computerized screens to program operations. Students in the field of Television Production get the opportunity for experience in both linear and non-linear editing and in the use of Avid software.
Brown College's equipment and facilities, including those at its branch campus, are in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and ordinances including those concerning health, fire safety and building safety.
While earning a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, you will learn to transform spaces into vibrant environments. Interior designers employ light, color, shape, and texture to produce gorgeous working environments that are on par with their clients' interior design requirements. The goal of the Bachelor of Science Degree Program in Interior Design is to give you the foundation you need for an entry-level position. The interior design degree program helps in developing design concepts by sharpening a student's skills and talents through space planning, architectural drafting and computer aided design.
Preparation for internships and a professional career includes the study of building systems, regulations, and business practices. The curriculum of General Education based program assists pupils to gain problem solving techniques and human relations required by employers.
