Hesser College, having been founded as Hesser Business College in Manchester, New Hampshire in 1900, has an ongoing goal of providing individual encouragement and help to all of its students; a mission instilled by its founder, Joel H. Hesser College.
Hesser expanded its educational services beyond the city of Manchester in 1975 when the first extension campus was opened in Nashua, New Hampshire. Later, there were more campuses opened in Salem, Portsmouth, and Concord in the following years.

Hesser College, as part of a famous company, still offers very good education on which it was started and for which the College is popular.
Associate of Science - Interior Design:
The Interior Design program goal is to aid a talented person that possesses interest for color, design, texture and space into developing a career from their interest. Working toward receiving a degree in interior design can be an inroad to an exciting and new career.
The student is introduced to the variety of aspects of the exhilarating field of interior design, including space planning, material selection, color, lighting, and style, through the Interior Design program. Two components of the hands-on training that will help generate interest among potential employers include a project where the student will create a series of interior environments and the beginning of a personal portfolio. Participation in field trips, and using computer-aided drafting software will boost their potential.
As a student, you can acquire a well-rounded education that may aids you in finding entry-level jobs in the world of interior design through this mix of coursework and real-life training. The following courses are offered at the New Hampshire campus:
