Sinclair Community College
Sinclair Community College offers a state-of-the-art interior design program leading to as Associate of Applied Science degree. Sinclair graduates, equipped with critical thinking skills, advanced design and drafting skills, an in-depth knowledge of professional practices, and a refined portfolio, go on to work as consultants or designers in architectural firms, design firms or retailers. Students are trained in developing floor plans, selecting floors and wall coverings, choosing and coordinating colors, estimating costs and writing contracts. They are fluent in the language of interior design and knowledgeable about its history and fundamental theories.
