University of Cincinnati-Main Campus
The FIDER-accredited program in interior design at the University of Cincinnati is consistently rated as the top interior design program in the country. UC graduates are trained to assess space and use their knowledge and skills to transform and thus shape a wide variety of human activities. The five-year program, which is linked with the architecture program and entails a six-quarter cooperative work experience, nurtures critical and imaginative thinking, and the development of skills in graphical and computer representation. The experience is capped in a senior project in which students spend two quarters designing a project of their choice.
