Moore College of Art and Design

The interior design curriculum at Moore emphasizes the dual roles of creativity and responsibility in interior design. By building critical thinking skills and honing technical skills, students prepare themselves for that all-important first job as well as leadership positions further along in their career paths. Moore students can make the most of a professionally-equipped CAD lab, in which the hardware and software are constantly upgraded to current industry standards, thus allowing students to create top-notch professional presentations. The majority of graduates go on to work as residential or commercial designers, or have embarked on careers in facilities management, set design, furniture design, product sales, and product management. Should a student wish to continue his or her studies in architecture, sculptural installation, exhibition design, critical writing about design, or in other areas, he or she will have a strong foundation to do so. Moore graduates are qualified to sit for the NCIDQ examination.
