El Paso Community College
El Paso Community College has an Interior Design Technology Program that trains students for entry-level interior design positions while affording working professionals the opportunity to continue their studies. Students in this program are trained to be interior design technicians and to fulfill the goals of improving the quality of life, increasing productivity, and protecting health, safety and welfare of whoever lives and works in the environments they create. Up-to-the-minute course offerings include Computer-aided Design, Lighting, Portfolio Presentation and an Internship. Design students are encouraged to take part in the student chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers.
