Are you interested in studying Information Technology training, interior design or graphic design? If so, the right place can be here atCollins College. We provide you with 104,000 square-feet of floor space, a multitude of classrooms, a digital print room, computer labs, a photographic studio and video editing bays. The computer stations will allow you the opportunity to work with the same software used in the industry.
To study, one needs time. You can visit either the student learning center or the comprehensive library and resource center. The library/resource center is completely wheelchair accessible.
Because the colleges in Arizona focus on a student's environment, there are class schedules to meet any lifestyle. You can find a schedule that is right for you, whether you prefer day or evening classes. Collins College offers various times from which you can choose most convenient to you. Every attempt is made to keep class sizes are small and have no more than 35 students, with approximately 2,000 students enrolled in day and evening classes at the colleges in Arizona. To provide more focused learning, student assistants work in larger classes to assist in all your needs.

You have the chance to use real-world tools for real-world purposes at the North Phoenix and Tempe campuses in Arizona. Depending on your program of choice, you will have access to high performing Macintosh® and Windows® workstations, both PC laptops and desktops, motion picture film cameras, as well as Sony® HDCAM cameras and decks. A good artist can become great by using the right software.

If you want to showcase your creative eye with eye-catching displays of furniture and accessories, try the Bachelor of Interior Design program. The Collins College Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design is designed with the intent of providing necessary knowledge, skills and experience to prepare the student for work in interior design.
To change private and public spaces into environments people want to immerse themselves into, you will blend form and function together. Experiment with the ways and means of using the elements and principles of design, including color, light, form, balance, texture, proportion and scale.
Students are educated in advanced professional and general education courses, concentrating on residential, commercial and institutional interior design and related technologies by completing the Interior Design degree program. When students gain their diplomas, they also have a portfolio that showcases their talent in interior design.
Students can prepare for an entry-level position in the residential, commercial or hospitality interior design industry by taking such courses as:
- Drawing for Interior Design
- Drafting
- History of Interiors & Architecture
- Textiles for Interiors
Interior Designer, Autocad Interior Design Drafters are two careers that you can work toward in the Interior Design degree program for a chance to qualify for entry-level positions.
