Montana State University-College of Technology-Great Falls

Montana State University's Associate of Applied Science Degree in interior design trains students to enter the residential and commercial design industry. The curriculum teaches students to communicate in the language of design and interact with clients; understand design theory and history; apply design principles and elements in projects; express themselves graphically through hand-drafting and AutoCAD; think critically; plan spaces; select finish materials; apply building codes; and design sustainably. Courses are offered during the day, at night, and online to ensure maximum flexibility for busy, working adults. MSU-Great Falls is a National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) Endorsed School, and students at that campus have the option of completing a 70-hour internship to earn an NKBA certification.
