Identifying innate aptitude of the students, developing the same into employable skills is the Platt College's (San Diego) mission so as to create personal assets so necessary in a highly competitive professional world. The goal is for you to believe in yourself, respect other people, and have a strong work ethic.

Platt College San Diego wants its students to have both traditional and temporary skills that they can learn in a supportive environment. There is continuous progress in the areas of instruction. Hence, great stress is laid on developing problem solving skills to face challenges of the continuously changing job market.

Campus Accessibility:

The campus with its designated parking and an elevator is accessible to the physically challenged. The buildings and equipment meet all federal, state, and local requirements in regards to fire, building, and health and safety codes.

When you earn your Multimedia / Animation diploma you will have a wide array of knowledge of multimedia and animation techniques, as well as a knowledge of how to apply aesthetics and design to interactive media and advanced 3D modeling and animation products. This knowledge will enhance students' creativity and expertise, which will demonstrate their artistic and technical design skills to potential employers, enabling them to produce exciting digital content for an interactive portfolio on CD-ROM and video tape reels.

Entry-level employment opportunities such as multimedia graphic designers, web site graphic developers, 3D animators, 3D modelers, 3D lighting specialists, 3D texture artists, game level designers, special effects artists, and video post production artists, are all qualities of the highly skilled and specialized communicator multimedia animation artist.
