When Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light is released this fall, players will see several newly designed features.
In addition to new graphics and artwork, the game features an Action Point Combat System, which allows players to unleash attacks by saving up their points during battle. Players will also have more than 20 jobs to choose from and dozens of abilities to master with the Crown Job System which also lets players change the appearance of characters as they become equipped with new weapons and armor. Players will also have free reign to customize an individual character's abilities and magic skills.
With both its single and multiplayer modes, the game enables players to assume the roles of four separate characters. In multiplayer mode, up to four individual players can participate. Gamers can also join forces in their Heroes of Light adventure.
The Nintendo DS role-playing game, which has been rated E10+ (Everyone 10 and older), is the first original Final Fantasy title for its publisher, Square Enix. Other Square Enix games include Dragon Quest and Tomb Raider.
