Maria Lankina, one of the star's on the popular American reality show "Miami Social," is the latest artist to be featured in Miami's Art Center of South Florida's Walgreen's display. The Center chose the photographer, creative director and artist for her Dissection of Passion collection.

Her works feature the sights that characterize Lincoln Road and Collins Avenue in South Beach, where the items are on display. Lankina's art reflect her taste for classical aesthetics and spontaneity. Her large-scale canvases demonstrate the abstractions of reality, and provide the viewer with an acute introspective into the mind of Lankina.

The abstract expressionist pieces show aggression that may catch the eye of those who pass by the busy location.

The artist was raised in St. Petersburg, Russia, and has lived and traveled extensively around the world. She says that she draws from these experiences for her work.

The display is at 100 Lincoln Road and is part of Walgreens' longtime partnership with the Art Center of South Florida.
