Architects and fashion designers will join forces in this year's BOFFO, an arts and culture organization, Building Fashion Competition. The organization picked the fashion designers who will be working on this project, according to the Dexigner.
The competition, which will take place in New York City, will display the work of these individuals through temporary installations. This gives a whole new look into the design of fashion and architecture.
This is the second year for the competition, and the BOFFO has just released its search for equally talented architects as the fashion designers, the media outlet reports.
The showcases will be displayed every two weeks later this summer and the winning architect will receive $20,000, according to the news source.
According to the website ology.com, one of the participants in this year's competition is Nicola Formichetti, who is known for styling Lady Gaga and is the creative director at Mulger. His design includes four separate rooms, each with a different feel. He is one of many designers that are required to get their submissions in for this year's competition by July 4.
