Supernatural, an interior design company based in Potero Hill, San Francisco, was featured in an exhibit at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA), according to Block Shopper.
"SFMOMA invited us to submit a design proposal for this event," Robert Allen, co-owner of the store, told the news source. "We were selected based on our use of space, understanding of the mood they wanted to create and our ability to select significant design pieces."
The interior design company's showroom was completely reconstructed at the museum. The company is known for its casual and relaxed atmosphere, which is mixed with sophistication and elegance from designers from all over the world. The owners, Allen and Claudia Mahecha, have owned this design firm for the past 10 years and are planning to expand, the media outlet reports.
Prospective interior designers may be able to land a job once they graduate from their design programs. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment in this field is expected to increase by 19 percent between 2008 and 2018.
