Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week has been taking place this week, and many collections have wowed their audiences. Kim Kardashian has been one of the many attending the event, and as she starts her career in fashion design, she shared who she feel is inspiring - Rachel Roy, according to Hollywood Life.

Kardashian shared her feelings with the source after catching Roy's outdoor presentation, which was full of feminine floral-designs and cropped trousers with slouchy suit jackets, this past week.

"She's just really inspiring to me as I'm not designing and I've always looked up to her," Kardashian told the news source. "Rachel really knows how to design and dress a real woman."

According to CelebsGather, when Kardashian comments on a "real woman," she is talking about one with curves, as many fashion designers style very skinny runway models, which is far from the average woman.

Kardashian and her sister's Kourtney and Khloe have recently decided to develop their own fashion collection, that's available in Sears stores nationwide.
