Advertising and Commercial Photography:
A must for the students today, is for them to develop the practical skills, good work habits, and important business skills.
This major emphasizes its studies on communications photography in corporate and editorial publications and public and trade publications, including magazines, brochures etc.
Wedding and Portrait Photography:
Those that decide on this major, will benefit from an extensive education in technology including all aspects of studio and location lighting.
Photojournalism Photography:
Photojournalism is possessing the ability to tell stories visually.
Fine Art Black and White Photography:
Your technical and visual abilities are extended in this Major through fine-tuning of film exposure, development techniques and printmaking.
Fine Art Color Photography:
This Major uses color photography to lead students into the study of fine art. You will be given many opportunities to refine and advance your technical skills while you are exploring the many paths available for you to branch off on in establishing your own career.
Documentary Photography:
Documentary Photography is a two-term minor in which you will experience hands on training in visual investigation of contemporary issues.
Architectural Photography:
Allows you to obtain the technical knowledge and professional skills needed to photograph various architectural subjects.
Fashion Photography:
This minor explores the history of fashion and the ideas as well as the stereotypes that fashion photography creates and perpetuates in society. We will also explore the lighting and equipment necessary for digital photography on location.
