Schools In South Dakota
South Dakota is, with North Dakota, one of the "twin states". They were named this way because both were admitted to the Union on the same day. In spite of their similar shape, climate and size, they are not identical. Design students will easily discover why this state, with its grasslands, prairies and badlands, is known as the "Coyote State". But obviously, the most important and famous thing of South Dakota is the Mount Rushmore, one of the world's largest sculptures with the busts of Presidents George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln.
