Associate - Computer Aided Drafting & Design

Graduates of the program will be able to develop technical drawings with both computer-aided drafting software and manual drafting tools. Concentrations will be in the area of architectural drafting; however, students will be introduced to other disciplines such as civil, structural, electrical/electronic, and mechanical drafting.

Associate - Graphic Design

This program allows students to focus on recruiting appeal to consumers with elements of advertising copy and layout. Students will acquire a working knowledge of balance, structure and unity in the graphic process and be able to provide and maintain creative comprehensive layout and design applications and properly communicate image style. The Graphic Design Program will familiarize students with the standards governing the ever-evolving business of graphic design.

Associate - Interior Design and Decorating

The Interior Design & Decorating Associates degree is designed to prepare students for careers in interior decorating and design. The professional interior designer is qualified by education, experience, and examination to enhance the function and quality of interior spaces for the purpose of improving the quality of life, increasing productivity, and protecting the health, safety, and welfare of the public. The two-year program provides students with the technical information and design skills necessary to work as interior design assistants and to start their pursuit of a successful career in either residential or commercial design. Upon successful completion of the program, the student should be able to perform the basic skills necessary to work in interior design, analyze client's needs, goals, and life safety requirements, coordinate a successful job search, and adapt to the ever-changing world of interior design.
