Ask a web or print designer which one of the five senses they couldn't live without, and they'd probably say "sight." Colors, textures, shapes and images rule their world, and if they buy something, it's often only because they like the packaging. People in this profession create or design things on computers. Though this sounds simple enough, their work requires them to know several software programs in order to create images, sounds and video files, websites, 3D images, CD's and multimedia presentations. Some specific jobs in Graphic Design & Animation include: Web Designers, Web Developers. Desktop Publishers and Multimedia Developers.
