Website Design Technician, Technical Certificate The purpose of the Web Site Design Technician certificate program is to help students develop the skills necessary to design web pages and web sites that incorporates web ready graphics and animation. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS For Regular Admission, an applicant must be 16 years of age; complete an application; pay the application fee; present official documentation of high school graduation or its equivalent (GED); and achieve the appropriate scores on the placement test.
